Returns Policy

On delivery of the Goods to You, please ensure that the Goods You receive are in good condition. In addition to your rights as a consumer under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and other applicable Australian consumer laws, in the event any product you receive from Dojomats is:

  • a. materially different from that ordered;
  • b. missing items;
  • or c. in any way damaged at the time of receipt,

Dojomats will gladly replace it for you in accordance with this provision. Where an item delivered is incorrect or damaged, Dojomats will cover the return shipping costs and where possible, on receipt of the non-compliant item from You, send You a replacement. Requests for the replacement of Goods that are delivered and are materially different to Your order, are missing items, or damaged, must be submitted to Dojomats within 72 hours from the time of delivery. For the purposes of this provision, material difference and damage does not refer to any minor variations in measurements within 0.8 inches. Also, as is the case with items of clothing there is a significant risk of minor shrinkage after a few washes and you are expressly advised to bear this in mind when ordering uniform that may be used for competition purposes where strict regulations apply.

Dojomats does not offer refunds or replacements if You:

  • a. Ordered the wrong size; or
  • b. Change Your mind after placing an order that has already been shipped. 
Any return request is to be submitted by email to dojomats@gmail.com with the words “Return Request” in the subject line. The following information is also to be included in the return request: Your full name, delivery address, email address, phone number and the reason for the return request. On written confirmation of your return request, You will be expected to ship the nonconforming item back to the following return address: To the attention of:

Items may only be returned to Dojomats for replacement if the following conditions are met: a. Items must be purchased from the online store at www.dojomats.com.au; b. In the case of Goods that are missing items or are damaged on delivery to You, a return request email has been sent to Dojomats within 72 hours from the time of accepting delivery;

Eligible refunds, in full or in part, will be provided via the original payment mechanism and to the person who made the original payment. The processing of refunding Your payment may take time. Dojomats does not offer any guarantees of any nature for the timeliness of refunds reaching your account. Dojomats may, in its sole discretion, agree to bear any costs that may be incurred in the processing of refund. Dojomats may at any time and without prior notice to You modify the mechanism of processing refunds
